Steven Davis

Steven has worked in the real estate industry since graduating from California Lutheran University in 2011. He began with a leading Fort Worth homebuilder, where he developed the professional discipline and market insight necessary to deliver exceptional value to clients, agents, and strategic partners.

He later founded Latigo Fine Homes and led the construction of custom residences and renovation projects from acquisition to completion. His hands-on expertise in ground-up construction, project management, budgeting, design, and permitting and inspection processes gives him a comprehensive understanding of property value from the inside out. This builder’s perspective allows him to accurately assess renovation potential, identify structural and cosmetic opportunities, and protect his clients from costly oversights.

Today, Steven leverages his combined experience in development, construction, and sales to help clients and investors make confident, well-informed real estate decisions — and yes, he will absolutely notice if that wall isn’t load-bearing. He is a Fort Worth native who loves the outdoors, hiking and kayaking.
