Malorie Nielsen
Malorie is a seasoned agent who expertly helps her clients find their dream property—from historic homes to ranches and everything in between. She believes real estate is much more than a transaction: it’s a profound life experience. Malorie’s diverse clientele includes first-time buyers, equestrians, young couples and empty nesters. They all count on Malorie to provide insight and information every step of the way so there are no surprises.
The real estate market can feel anything but calm. Malorie’s composure and attention to detail gives her clients confidence that nothing will be left to chance. She knows how important the “little things” can be in a sale—from planting flowers to helping clients pack to taking care of the furry family members during showings. Malorie will do whatever it takes to make her clients’ lives easier.
She has a particular passion for historic homes and equestrian properties. Malorie has lived in multiple historic homes over the years and is intimately aware of the complexities of older homes. She has been riding horses since the age of 6 so a large portion of her clientele are horse people. “What a dream to be able to combine the love of my job with selling my favorite type of properties.”
